Grandma has been unresponsive the last two days and it seems as if her journey here is almost fulfilled. Had a couple bluejays come to visit Jennifer and I as we sat out on the front porch taking in the mornings glory. The one closest too us I talked too a bit as he lowered himself downward branch to branch as if to move closer to hear what I was saying. Bluejays remind me of my Grandpa Colclasure. I told him good morning and that I had been missing him. Told him I loved him. He knew my heart has been heavy lately and he told me soon the heaviness will be lifted. He seemed very happy in his free bird world. He screached as he flew off and I knew it wouldnt be long that Grandma would be joining him in her own flight. Not long after Grandpa flew off a lone cardinal (grandmas favorite bird) came to visit as to say it will all be OK soon but I will never leave you as she too flew of. Cleaning out the rest of pappys things from his apartment and then Im probably heading to Mahomet to be at Grandmas side till the angels come for her. Continued thoughts and prayers for all of those that have lost loved ones recently. Much love always ~STEEL~
