#GratefulChallenge Continued. I am Grateful for 2 Apple Support Senior Staff persons. Shout out to Ryan and Doug who reduced my $755.00 (as quoted by the Apple Store Genius Bar) Mac Book Pro repair price to ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Yep...Free. The repair will not cost me a dime. I may never meet these gentlemen in person BUT their kindness/consideration meant the world to me. I am indeed thankful/ appreciative as this occurrence is proof that Good and REASONABLE Customer Service yet exists. It also solidified my belief in the fact that we live in an #AbundantUniverse.
