Great News Today !!!!! Rita will be able to come home next Wed . And the therapist are saying that on the rate she is going now , she should very little assistance walking , the hole team of the therapy unit & nurses , on the rehab floor have been wonderful , Im so very happy for my wife , and that god is helping regain what the stroke has taken away from her , she still having some issues with her right hand , but she can move here fingers some , nothing wrong with her left hand !!!! 10:00 pm last night , I was helping her get her gown on to get ready for bed , got her right arm & and head in the right holes , about that time , here comes the left hand & arm through , but only as a left upper cut to to side of my face . She started laughing so hard , she about rolled out of her chair , uh dont know if it just struck her funny , or maybe she enjoyed smacking me up side the head , this stroke my have turned her in to a prize fight ! BUT I STILL LOVE HER ! HOW EVER SHE TURNS OUT !!!!!!!!! And thanks again for all my neighbors , family & friends , her co- workers , And the pastoral staff from the Pike Church of God , and last of all , all of our Bikers Buddies !!!! YOU all mean so much to us , Still thanking everyone for their visits , phone calls , get well cards , beautiful flowers , food , diet Pepsi for Rita ! Everyone of holds a special place in our hearts !!!!!! . THANK YOU ! Larry .
