Great Opportunity to Serve in an Elected Position!!! The DLS (Distance Library Services) Section is currently seeking candidates to run on the 2015 ballot to fill these offices: (2) Vice-Chair, (2) Secretary/Archivist and (2) Member-at-Large. Deadline for nominations is August 1, 2014. All nominees must be current members of the Section and have consented to their candidacy. Only 2 candidates may run for each office so if more than 2 candidates are nominated, the DLS Nominating Committee will select the 2 candidates to run on the Spring 2015 ballot. Elections will be conducted by ballot. All candidates will be notified of the election results via email on Friday May 1, 2015.
