Great article bottom page 2 of Newsday. Due to high deductibles, most people with health insurance are avoiding medical care. Many claim it would cost them less to pay their own medical bills than their premiums. Many claim they cannot afford to pay their deductibles to have medical care of which their coverage would then kick in. They cannot afford a better coverage plan. Affordable care Act -fail. Just makes insurance companies richer.
