Great class tonight The FighterGirls Club. Big numbers again tonight but still covered loads. Big welcome to all new members. Started with usual padwork and then moved to some self defense techniques which were situation based and derive from the Isreali Krav Maga hand to hand combat system if anybody wants to look it up. Typically the girls took to it like fish to water, supporting the theory of the female of the specie being more deadlier than the male. Apologies in advance to any boyfriends being practiced on right about now ;) . Finiished with a circuit which had about a thousand stations due to numbers haha. Anyway great class everyone and see u all again on thursday @ 6pm where we will return to more Muay Thai/ Kickboxing techniques but will spice it up a bit :)
