Great news! The house has just passed the Home Flood Insurance Affordability Act. The Biggert-Waters act was an atrocious piece of legislation that had very negative consequences for Louisiana Home Owners. The Latter & Blum family of companies was an active participant in getting this legislation passed. We are major advocates of protecting La Property Owners rights and affordability. Im so proud to be a part of CJ Brown and the Latter and Blum family. Congratulations to the Louisiana Congressional delegation, La Realtors Association, the Greater Baton Rouge Board of Realtors and the Greater New Orleans Board of Realtors! Way to fight the good fight.
