Great news everyone — Charlie has found his forever home! Lynda and Ian stopped by today to finalize Charlie’s adoption. Doesn’t he look so happy and healthy in these pictures? You may remember a very different Charlie from pictures taken in January. Charlie came to the OHS weighing just 53 lbs., emaciated and near death after being sold on Kijiji. The person who bought him surrendered him to the OHS to get the emergency care he needed to save his life. After months of recovery with a dedicated OHS foster volunteer, Charlie is ready for his happy ending. He’s huge, more than doubling his weight since he first arrived. He’ll be going to a home with a couple dog siblings so Charlie has lots of playtime ahead! Congratulations Lynda, Ian and Charlie!
