They are now authorized to make disbursements for the following allowances: advanced housing (rent, security deposit), Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA), Casual Pay (including Wounded Warrior), Separation, Advance Monthly Pay when needed for PCS (not PCS travel advance), and Bonuses. However, they are still not authorized to disburse funds for these allowances: Travel Advances, Travel Settlements, Dislocation Allowance, Death Gratuity, RC Drill Pay, Survivor BAH, Funeral Travel, Dignified Transfer Travel.
