Great returned from a eve visiting friends , locked out , and sitting alone in the pitch black while trying to get indoors was actually frightening as a female alone ,,,, even more so as probable innocent males walked by with hoods due to the cold , seem very threatening , appearing from the pitch black , a totally unsafe ridiculous money saving scheme as usual by the government / councils ,,,,,, it may save them money ,,,, but will they replace the public with any extra electric funds , or any expense caused by any crime committed due to the fact the persons responsible find the darkness a advantage , or any mental / emotional stress connected to this ? I mean honestly I feel a primate at colchester zoo could of skimmed over clactons crime statistics , stabbing ,violence , burglary , street robbery incidents in the last 10 years and decided that a blanket of darkness , representing apocalyptica , is no more than a haven for certain lifestyles , Unfortunately Its not a case of if Nor when , its a case of just how quickly will this result in fatality ,???
