Great tabata workout this morning! here is the workout that we did today. We will be at East High School track again next Friday, hope to see everyone there! Tabata 1: 1-4: U-downs 5-8: Muntain climbers (instead of taking the 10sec rest between hold a high plank in between each mountain climber) Tabata 2: 1-4: Soccer runs 5-8: Jump forward land in a squat/2 hops back Tabata 3: 1-4: Run lunge with step back 5-8: Squat twist Tabata 4: 1-4: Basketball hoop shots 5-8: Baseball swings with switch jumps
