Great workout this morning. Blasted shoulders and abs from all angles. Finished off with 30 minutes High Intensity Intervals on the Stairmaster. Now for a power post workout meal: cookies n cream whey protein isolate, waxy maize, R-alpha lipoid acid, steel cut oats with blackberries and coconut sugar, 2 free range organic egg omelette with kale, mushrooms, garlic, shallots, spiced with turmeric, cayenne, paprika, and Hawaiian sea salt. Topped with organic salsa. Yum!
