Greeating, a message from UTP lecturer: 1 Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) and 1 Graduate Assistant (GA) position for Master of Philosophy in Social Science and Humanities at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS now available. Candidate expected to be able to start immediately. Successful GRA applicant (Malaysian only) will be paid monthly stipend of RM 1800 from a National Grant. TUITION AND VIVA FEES WAIVED. Successful GA applicant will be paid monthly stipend of RM 1650. Tuition & viva fees waived (Malaysian and international applicants can apply) Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.00, a minimum MUET score of Band 4 (for Malaysian applicants) / a minimum TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.0. Bachelors Degree holders from Social Sciences and Humanities or Environmental and Civil Engineering, with a focus on sustainable development highly encouraged to apply. The research is related to social dimensions of sustainable development, so candidates from Civil, Chemical and Environmental Engineering with a passion to explore social aspects of sustainable development are highly encouraged to apply. Research is non-technical in nature, and involves survey and interview data collection and analysis.No simulation, programming or lab works. Candidate will be guided closely by Project Leader on data collection and analysis.
