Green MLA Andrew Weaver supports Liberal budget again. This means supporting the cancellation of the LiveSmart energy conservation program; freezing of the carbon tax so it is not applied to oil and gas industry emissions (including methane emissions from fracking); cuts to BC Ferry service while at the same time increasing fares; huge, regressive tax increases in the form of MSP premiums, BC Hydro rates, ICBC premiums, tuition fees; and cuts to post-secondary education and training.
