Greetings Cadets Here is the situation with the leadership of the Cadets for 2015 These folks have been a part of an evaluation process that will hopefully assist in leading us to a great season. All have agreed to rehearsal commitments, to financial commitments, and to service for others. Leadership is a privilege and a responsibility. I recognize that we have a ways to go with the quality of this program and we will continue to work and strive to improve the team and the overall process. The term meets every Tuesday evening at 10:30 pm; we have assignments, and … it looks like for a weekend in January, all will gather in New Jersey for a weekend of leadership training and discussion and maybe even a 5 or 10 K :-) Note — Colin has been agonizing over some selections and he asked to wait until after the camp to contribute to the sections. In an effort to move on … I have said YES. The percussion have some great people, many are from UMASS and I am sure as a team they can prepare and get though the first camp. BUT … if I can get settlement before I will. I do understand that sometimes these are tough decisions. In fact, this year there were some difficult decisions. if there are any questions .. let me know Hop DM’s Kendall Stevenson Katy Boggs MK Raplinger Brass Brass Section Sergeant — Allison Pryor Trumpet Section Leader - Bass Deese Mellophone Section Leader - Dan Pfeiffer Baritone Section Leader — Jamie McDonald Tuba Section Leader - Tom Keane Guard Captain - Laney Duskin Captain — Kelsey King Percussion Front Ensemble Leader - Riley Warren Front Ensemble Leader - Kirsti Pugsley Snare Section Leader — Waiting for Colin Tom Section Leader - Waiting for Colin Bass Section Leader — Jakub Wala If there are any questions ... please drop me a line.
