Greetings! Come support one of your resident while you strengthen your Powerhouse. Special invite to staff and Timbertree Apartment Community to take one of my Pilates Mat classes. Located nearby inside Metro Center Mall, Sano Fitness Center, located 2nd floor, across from Macys. Three opportunities to attend: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8-9 pm and Wednesdays from 6-7 pm. Need an early morning class (7:30-8:30 am), gather at least 3 people and I can nake it happen! Mat classes ate only $4.00/hr!
