Greetings Family! I think I need to establish some ground rules as we are delving into some unchartered waters that could possibly trigger high emotions. As with all families we will have differences of opinions. To me this creates a healthy environment as we exchange ideas and learn to overcome our differences. I am grateful our family consist of members from different tribes as well, each bringing their wealth of knowledge. AND I am really pleased that each member has the courage of his or her conviction, to stand up and present and even defend his or her belief as long as we do it respectfully. As long as we remain teachable with an open mind, we can do this!
