Greetings Outlands, It is with great joy that I announce that the Shire of Draca Mor, including all other parts of Colorado, has been approved to transition to the Outlands from Artemesia effective immediately. The new border between our lands is now the West side CO State line. This was approved by the BOD at their Jan 17th meeting. Please welcome these fine people into our Kingdom with friendly wishes and open arms. They have a FB page (Shire of Draca Mor) so please feel free to share your well wishes to the group. Theres a great deal of transition that will take place in bringing these fine gentles into the Outlands fold. Your Kingdom officers are on top of this and will do their job to make the process smooth. I wish to thank Their Majesties of Artemesia and Their Heirs for supporting this endeavor. I also wish to thank Her Excellency Katya, Artemesian Seneschal, for all her efforts and support during this process.
