Greetings VIP Team: In light of Dominics need and decision to step down, IF a team is going to survive and move forward, some things will need to be done ASAP. First order of business is to extend gratitude to Dominic for his kind heart, his integrity as a marketer, and his wisdom in knowing when he is undertaking more than he can handle. We also owe him sincere gratitude for bringing us all together, and his vision of hoping to see EVERYONE who participates realize positive results. Second we need to make that decision of whether the Team is going to continue to work together as a team, or disband and pursue other ventures (I am seeing mostly positive posts about moving forward if possible, so with that in mind..............................) Third, we need to re-organize. IF some have left the Team, then the Spread Sheet needs to be updated to reflect those who are still wanting to progress. Fourth, some clarity may be in order. There IS a valid and fully functional site in place. The reason behind maintaining the spread sheets is because it easily and visually shows everyone on the team WHERE they are in the team build, and makes clearer with the member to member payment system who is paying and getting paid by whom. Anyone who has experience with matrix scripts knows that the programming is NOT programmed for fairness or equal distribution of funds. The programming is standardized on every level for first in, first paid, no matter what. This programming, regardless of what the programs are hyped to deliver, does NOT always honor follow the leader. Many who are fully aware of how the programming is set up, rather than enforce the comp plans they boast and advertise, simply let the automated system function as it will, collect their pay from being the creator of the site, and leave peeps to deal with it. Being a person of integrity myself, and not wanting to rip people off, I have made the decision to stand by my comp plan, even if it goes against what the automated systems are pre programmed to do. If people DO access your back office through the site, it DOES show you who your downline is in the system, but this may NOT be the same as the order of appearance on the Spread Sheet. In an environment that is NOT a team working together, letting the automation build the matrix is fine. There is no accountability for accuracy, and GENERALLY the system DOES function to deliver payouts eventually. BUT, in a Team build, where everyone IS working together, the ONLY way to enforce accuracy, especially with member to member payments IS to implement a manual spread sheet. The VALUE of ads placed on the site itself becomes more and more apparent as that site is promoted more and more. Also, this CAN bring new attention, or fresh eyes to whatever members promote through the site. Bottom line on this, though is that regardless of what product or service is being sold, most peeps who get into these inexpensive programs are generally attempting to use the comp plans to leverage cash, and generate payouts that they can use for more expensive opportunities or actual investments ........... Finally, those who wish to advance as admins need to get in touch with HAPPY (the only one of the original 3 admins still actively claiming the role) so he knows who he can count on for help moving forward. I am still here to help as much as possible and make RESULTS happen for those committed to seeing it through .................
