Job Profile: *Handle, configure, maintain and manage different wireless devices, such as AP"s (access points), ZD"s (zone directors), Radio 5ghz- power station5 (ubiquity) CPE"s (Ruckus wireless modems MM2211), Ubiquity NANO Satation2loco etc. *Delivering lease line connection to enterprise customer. *Configuring wireless router & server for the same. *Providing remote support to field engineer. *Handel, configure, maintain, manage and troubleshoot different management consoles of Radio"s, *Access Points, Zone Director, switch (RTS, Mogra, Daisy, Telenet), Access pop switch(CISCO). *Detect problem & escalate the issue to concerned Department. *Troubleshoot any technical issues of customers both pre and post installation of tikona broadband service. *Successfully resolve customer"s issues within the stipulated time frame committed by Tikona to its consumers.
