Greetings and salutations my precious peeps.Are we all going to get blown to Oz? Anywhere else in America this would be a hurricane, but here it is just strong winds.LOL I am learning a lot from the video of Fully Alive A Retreat with Pema Chodron. Heres something for us to ponder: who do we choose to be for these difficult times?What is our role?It takes moment by moment awareness to stay on the path of not adding to the fear and aggression that is going on all around us.Heres a good affirmation: I choose not to add to fear and aggression at this time.We can choose ahead of time not to accept the challenge or invitation to react aggressively or to retreat and cocoon and just in the pursuit of an easy life.There are three types of people: those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who stand around and wonder what happened.I know which kind you are, so we can work together to create less animosity and more acceptance of one another ,especially those we do not always agree with. I am so convinced that this is the way forward for mankind that I feel like my main focus for helping heal our planet is not so much in politics but spiritual growth and development. Well see what opportunities come my way now that this is how I am thinking.I have always known my purpose in life is to bring light and show the way and that being a spiritual warrior was for the good of others more than myself.The harshness of politics is tough to deal with on a daily basis and we need to thank all of those progressive politicians who work so hard and give up so much for our benefit.Thanks to all of you my political warrior peeps. Pay attention to your posture as you go through your day.Posture gives us enormous strength and dignity .Add an open heart to that and we are well on our way to a better life for ourselves and our fellow man.So be your awesome selves as always even in stressful situations.
