Greetings family.... enjoying the intense dialogue in this community. ... I do have a question... IF HISTORY really is HIS STORY...predicated upon whose telling the story....and many of us obviously disagree on who shoyld be telling it....WHY THEN... do we not focus on Relevant Issues currently affecting the people of the entire african american diaspora? I dont hear people nearly as passionate about building black financial infrastructures, building and leaving legacies to our wayward children, or mentoring our lost....AS THEY ARE THEY ANCIENT CIVILIZATIONS OF KUSH, EGYPT, ETHIOPIA AND THE LIKE... I get that we should know our history...but wouldnt it be more advantageous to map out a future? . ..i know this takes some of the deep ones off of their soapbox...but uh....(What are your thoughts fam?)
