Greetings to all who are attending the Bal d’Argent Lady Aeron and I are certainly looking forward to seeing you all next weekend. The Hall will be open from 1pm, and dance classes will be run throughout the afternoon. This is just a reminder that a light afternoon tea will be served, and the food during the ball will be finger food only. However, there is a break between the afternoon program, and there are several good places within walking distance where you can get something more substantial to eat. Master Drake promises a delicious array of foods during the evening. We recommend that you bring with you a cup/goblet, plate or bowl, fork or spoon and a serviette/napkin. Don’t forget the competitions that are being run – all the details are available at baldargent.net. For those who do not dance, an area has been set aside for conversation and games. We shall see you on the 16th!
