Grenade explodes at NIT;no casualty MU NEWS/IMPHAL, Feb 13 : A hand grenade was exploded inside the National Institute Technology (NIT) campus located under Lamphel Police Station in Manipur’s Imphal West District in the wee hours of the day. An eye witness has told the media persons that the hand grenade was hurled by some unidentified persons who came in a silver colour Maruti Alto Car. Howwever there is no report of any human casualty during the explosion.No armed group operating in the state has claimed responsibility for the incident till the reprit goes to the press.
