None of what he said is the truth..I did however tell him that our daughter has been telling me to tell him that she doesnt want ear rings and that she doesnt want his gf to cut her hair again. I did try to explain to our child (3 yrs old) that she could tell him anything that she doesnt want done or doesnt like herself that he would listen to her but I also told her It is still okay for her to come talk to me about anything any time that I would always be there to listen and try to help her if she needed. She kept telling me she has told her dad but she said she still wanted me to tell him. I do not speak poorly of him or anyone else for that matter and dont allow anyone else to do so either. Here is the email I received from him. (He also always ccs both our attorneys and the GAL every email he sends or receives from me) What ever issues you have with me need to stay between us and not discussed around *****. This morning ***** again told me that you talk bad about me. She was really upset to the point of crying and keep saying but it not true daddy. So please keep the comments she is telling me to yourself or tell me not her. Also yes her hair was trimmed because it was severely unhealthy and dead. She has had head lice 10 times in 9 months and I am beginning to get concerned with her hair growth and thickness because of all the treatments to get rid of her head lice from your home. Her hair was only trimmed and looks just fine, I would not make her look bad or cut off an extreme amount of hair ******. Also have you got a phone yet? I dont think its appropriate to reach my daughter thru your brothers cell phone. I tried calling your supposed house phone again last night to reach her and it wasnt answered or a call returned. You know it upsets her when she doesnt get to talk to me. She knows I call every night to talk to her. I hope you can understand this as this is not the first time this has happened.
