Group Input Needed: My soon to be X has my daughter every Tuesday from 3:30-6:30. He has started not having her ready when I arrive. She is typically still sitting in her high chair eating. He always says I can just grab her but I dont, of course. This leads to an uncomfortable 15 minutes while Abbie finishes her food. Talking doesnt work for us, should I send him an email asking him to be more respectful of the court ordered time and document that it happens? Hes also late on every weekend he has her for day visits. It has a huge impact on my life as well as Abbie and I know its control.
