Group Input Needed: Were due In court due to exs non compliance of paying kids expenses and attorneys fees. Its almost not worth the fight. Just paid attorney an advance of part of what he owes her to retain her. He says hes about to land a job/ cant afford to pay an attorney or my attorneys fees. If I quit now- will this bite me in the ass and Ill never get help from him for his kids or just bite the bullet and do it myself/ pay off attorneys fees and be done with it?????? To clarify he owes my attorneys fees because he hasnt complied. Now hes accusing my lawyer of asking his parents to take a second on their home- and they are not pleased!!!
