Group input needed: Please post anon. Trial is scheduled for July 15. In the meantime, have an order on visitation that pick up and drop off is curbside at my residence. ExN cannot adhere to visitation schedule and use his full time, so he emails me 48 hours in advance with the times he will actually take the kids (never any more advance notice). Therefore, every other weekend is always up in the air. For Memorial Day (which I agreed to give him), his email indicated that I am to pick up and drop off kids at his place (less than 24 hours notice). I refused and referred him to court order. He, of course, blew it up. He did not end up coming to get the kids and instead told them over the phone that I refused to drive them. He also told my 7-year old that he had car trouble (NEVER mentioned that to me in the emails and I will not put her in the middle). Well, this is his weekend, and he again sent me the schedule with ME dropping and picking up. I want to stick with the court order, because as we all know, we cannot give in to narcs, BUT, I also do not want to be seen as a preventing him from seeing his kids in the courts eyes, which is how he has painted it out to be. Should I worry about that? He has yet to send me a legitimate reason as to why he cannot (or will not) provide transportation, just simply demanded that I did. Advice please???
