Growing professionally is best felt if you do it based on quality performance and hard-earned promotion, rather than pulling someone. If you think you are better, then trust your capacity and your best asset in the organization because the reality is, we are non-comparable here in the office for the reason that we handle different programs and projects. I travel everyday for work and not to gain sympathy to those in the position by giving an advance information and putting the concerns at stake because I trust the fine judgement of every bosses for sure they will not reach such position if they dont have that skill. Why not based your judgement with the high sense of professional maturity and asses whether you were able to achieve your assigned target at the end of the year after all that is where our performance is being assessed not to the many jokes and laughter at the expense of others. Be sensitive. I am sure that later, that professional attitude will soon be your character. I am forever thankful to my MAKER for all the skills He graced me. No matter how many stones thrown, thank you for that for that cant change the kind of ME - God created.
