**Growing to Great Lengths and a Touch of Math** Weve all been - TopicsExpress

**Growing to Great Lengths and a Touch of Math** Weve all been there....one day we decide to grow out the hair, become trim-phobic (its a technical term) and three years goes by before we let scissors anywhere near our split, fried ends. Not good! Now dont get me wrong, I dont believe trimming the ends will make your hair grow faster but I do believe trimming the ends make it a more enjoyable process. On average, hair will grow about 1/2 a month....which gives us the potential to grow six inches of hair in a year! When growing out your hair, commit to a trim every three months. Dusting the ends off four times over the year will equate to losing a mere inch....with a 5 inch gain and healthy, happy hair! Do not fear the trim! :)
