Growing up, watching my parents struggle hurt me a lot. I blame - TopicsExpress

Growing up, watching my parents struggle hurt me a lot. I blame myself for getting a lot of useless things like toys, games, and trading cards because my parents always put me first before bills. Being a teenager, going through the struggle while trying to enjoy life with friends hurt me a lot. I blame myself for buying nice clothes, new sneakers, and the latest of everything because I wanted to be the coolest. Now, Im just trying to do what I gotta do to make sure my family, myself, and my loved ones will never struggle again. Gotta remain humble and not look down on anybody because a lot of people who drive now forgot they used to walk, take the bus, or ask for rides as well. A lot of people who work forgot they used to be jobless, waiting for calls for an interview, and waiting to get hired somewhere. A lot of people who have money forgot they used to be broke, struggling with bills, and asking to borrow money from people. Just remember no matter how successful you are, you can always end up where you were before at any time. I dont know, just wanted to share something thats been on my mind all day. Hope it inspires you to work hard and stay focused on whats important.
