Guess what! 6 months till spring. LOL. No but really, thats a huge amount of time to get started on your fitness journey! Think about the goal you have. Now, HOW are you going to get there? How much time will it take to get you there? What resources and tools do you need to reach that goal? Do you have someone to hold you accountable to that goal and motivate you along the way? Getting started is the HARDEST part of this whole process. You may not know where to start or how the heck youre going to accomplish anything. Maybe youre discouraged from your past attempts and feel like you dont have the motivation? Its not the motivation that will get you there.
