Guess whos in Blue Phase???? Yes, yes, yes, Echo Company transitioned to Blue Phase on Monday, 30 June immediately following our Live Grenade Range. On the live grenade range, trainees apply all the fundamentals they learn on the grenade qualification course. 26 of our trainees qualified expert on the qual course. Great Job. Today we completed our Buddy Team Live Fire Exercise. This intense exercise is conducted with live ammunition and trainees have to rely on their battle buddies to cover them while they move and while they prep their grenade. Teamwork is critical on this event. Tomorrow we will conduct Convoy operations, our last major training event before the Final FTX. I highly encourage you to stop sending mail after the 4th of July to ensure it doesnt get caught in the mail system and not reach your trainees before graduation. Any mail that comes after graduation day will be returned to sender. Your trainees continue to train hard and stay motivated! Families, hang in there, we are almost done! ALWAYS FORWARD!
