Gun Confiscation on the rise in California, with 24 million dollars allocated to the special operations group that is solely tasked with the job of confiscating guns from those California citizens who lawfully registered their guns, and the State has, for any particular reason, determined they know longer qualify.... It is estimated that 20 people a day are added to the disarmament roster. -- This can be for a simple misdemeanor accusation, something as simple as a so called resisting arrest charge... Keep in mind, a resisting arrest charge can be employed for simply voicing your displeasure at being detained..... The number one infraction by law enforcement is the unjust and inappropriate charge of resisting arrest. Its the catch all charge, that is almost completely impossible to defend against, unless youre lucky enough to have the complete incident on film.... So basically, you can be picked out, harassed, and easily charged and tagged for disarmament, all because your name is on a list that shows you as a registered gun owner.
