Serdim yine son asamasi elekten gecirme islemi icin bir kac gun daha beklemesi lazim sanirim hala biraz nemli..😅😅 This informations for my English friends . My couple of pictures shows my couple of days work for a traditional Turkish soup which its usualy prepared in summer for winter. Its call Tarhana.. It is very challengingto do in the winter because it is difficult to dry them .. My younger son Sean is realy like this soup :)) Some wikipedia info about it..;)) Tarhana is the first instant soup which was invented by Central Asian Turks. In the summer time they mixed fresh vegetables with yogurt to prepare their hearty winter soup. In Turkey, there are several varieties of tarhana. For example some regions use corn flour instead of white flour or they add chickpeas in it.
