Guns Workout! Blast your arms to new growth with this workout! This is a bit more volume with every angle of the arm getting work! Rest about 90 seconds in between sets. Warmup: 100 jump rope 3x20 Bands or cable perform all of these in a row with no rest(Pushdowns, bicep curls, overhead triceps extensions, rope hammer curls or just create a hammer fist if using bands) 4x15 Dumbells (bicep curl, skull crushers, alternate hammer curl, overhead triceps extensions-supinated grip palms facing the ceiling) 4x10 Bar (skull crushers, close grip presses, preacher curls, reverse bicep curls) 3x5 dips, chin-ups, body weight skull crushers #outworkyourself #grindset
