ADVISORY: TACLOBAN JAIL AND PRISON INMATES AT LARGE IN CEBU Please Exercise Caution during this early periods of recovery from typhoon Yolanda as there has been an increase in criminal activity in part due to the release of about 800 inmates from the Tacloban jails and prison. Apparently it seems there was an unsupervised release and an inadvertent transportation of several of these inmates to Cebu via Air Force rescue flights. Be extra vigilant of suspicious persons and activities in your surroundings, including residential areas. Be cognizant of danger signs and possible threat areas when travelling. Avoid exposing yourself and family to activity outside of secure zones. Have an escape plan that you can execute realistically. REPOSTED!!!
