Guys instead of a story today I want to do something practical with my fellow youth, specially those that are unemployed. We all look to the government or to big companies to employ us, but do we realise our economy is that huge to absorb all graduates? Not only that, the purpose of education should be to grow the mind, the teach it how to think outside the box and more coherently and in a civilised manner and not really to prepare one for a job....of course certain jobs like medicines, architecture, engineeering are more technical and require specialised training....but the majority of the jobs even a form five kuti abomba.... So am thinking we can share means here of income generation, ventures that will put more money in our pockets...what can we do as the youth to generate income? Sitting waiting for Ba Sata to bring more money in our pockets in 90 days is suicide. We have to use the thinking skills we got from school to make money. Thats why wwe learnt mathematics, science, history etc. Not just to cram and pass an exam but to instill logical thinking in you.. So fellow you, I throught it back, lets brain storm some projects that will bring is empowerment... So apart from drinking beer like legends, what else can we do?
