Guys pls dont use Airtel Fixed line and broad band connection. Specifically if it is corporate connection, you will loose buiness. DONT GO FOR AIRTEL. Their service sucks big time.. I have been behind them for 7 days to get ISD activated for my office landline. On 31st I asked them to active. On 4th I follow up saying it is not working. They register a complaint and until today there is no resolution, status update of clarity on why there is a problem. The only response I get is, we will come back in 24 hours. So far, nothing has happened. I am contemplating raising a grievance in consumer court asking for a compensation for business loss, as well as moving to a different service provider, if no action is taken in the next hour or so. Every call to customer care goes on for an hour, with no movement as far. Really frustrated.
