Guys, today I want you all to check nutritional labels. Check you sodium(salt), fats, sugar and carbohydrates. Choose healthy items that are lower in these. excessive saturated fat , sugar and sodium is a no no guys... Sodium raises the blood pressure and causes retention of fluids on body.. Saturated fats gets hard after digestion & block our arteries. These things also slow down Weight loss.. Come on guys. Stay on top of things !
