Gymnastics Fail. Last week i must have tried this 30 times trying to end up in a reasonably tidy handstand. Unfortunately my paralette HSPU isnt quite strong / stable enough so i thought i would share one of my many many fails. Today I got to throwdown with Kosta and Rob which really pushed me a lot harder than normal. This needs to become a regular thing. AM session - 7 x 1 snatch from blocks - worked up to 105kgs 3 x 3 Hang snatch from power position - worked up to 75kgs Alternating between - A) 4 x 5 Front squats ( worked up to 120kgs) B) 4 x 8 tempo dips 10 min EMOM - Odd - 3 muscle ups Even - 10 wall balls to a 12 ft target #crossfit #crossfitadelaide #thewodlife #twlcrew #theboxcommunity #throwdown #trainingpartner #trainbetterwithothers #gymnasticsfail #keeppracticing #betterthanyesterday
