HAD THE SCARE OF OUR LIFE TONIGHT... Angel broke her lead cable, and was gone about 20 minutes before anyone realized it. it was dark, and getting ready to rain... we went in all different directions, matt wanted to run to camp to check there, and mike said it was more likely shed be closer to home... after about a 30 minute walk in all directions, i told matt, tell mike your going to camp, and went down by the church... i asked a couple people driving if they seen a dog in their direction, and got no for answers, and a few houses put all their liights on to see in their yards for me. we have such an awesome community in Altona!!! ~ as i was falling apart, with the what~if thoughts, i seen mikes flashlight. then we talked and parted, and another 45 minutes... i caught up with Colby St Andrew by the bridge, cuz Scott said he was walking down from his house, incase Angel followed their scent from earlier. and fell apart again... then scott found us in his car, matt found Angel at camp. just waiting. it chokes me up... such a smart smart dog!!! scared me to death, i love that dog, and my whole family is all back together under a dry roof... you all are amazing, thank you.
