Heart Break Hotel Squat: Love the pumpkin tenderly into your chest, squat back as you push your knees out, in the low squat position extend the pumpkin away from your chest, pause, bring back in and squat back up. Crank 15 reps here 3. Shake Rattle n Roll: Hold that pumpkin out away from your body, drop your left knee and your hips Elvis style as you pivot to your right as you rotate the pumpkin to your right. Push off that right foot up and to the left. 30 seconds Hit all three exercises back to back, only resting as you transition from one to the other for five total sets.
