HARD PAGE : LIKE IT OR HATE KNUT AND KUPPET OFFICIALS ARE DOUBLE STANDARDS! What do these officials of KNUT and KUPPET have in common ?The leaders and officials of these Unions take their sons and daughters to very expensive Private schools and in private boarding schools on the sweat of the lower classes of hard working teachers who contribute to the existence of the UNIONS . They live on contributions from teachers salaries. The conduct their affairs in high class hotels in town . Now my question is this: Why should such union leaders encourage teachers not come to open and teach other peoples pupils or students when they have already secured a future for their own sons and daughters in private schools? Industrial action in any civilized country worldwide is regulated where courts work as the last resort for settling such disputes. But in Kenya the same teachers who teach pupils and students to behave always break the same law by ignoring court orders and by going into hiding! They ignore court orders and continue addressing teachers from hidden dark holes outside the arm of the law. Kenyans should start thinking of this as part of a wider regime change policy that has networks in the wider hidden regime tactics in a blue print called political strangulation of Kenya 2015? . It is high time the Government formed what one calls fair work policy like in Australia to oversee conditions that affect workers and other civil servants in their work place. This Fair Work Policy (FWP) will asses the impact of disputes and forecast the strikes , and above all prevent strikes of these nature. At this rate again the country, the parents, the pupils , the students , will miss dearly on the lessons . The long term projection will be an economic malaise that could affect the GDP of Kenya. So KNUT AND KUPPET officials answer this question: Where are your children now?
