HBO has announced the production of a new series based on best-selling author Margret Atwoods MaddAddam trilogy, to be directed by Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan). Details on the timing of the MaddAddam adaptation are to be determined. This is a continuation of Aronofskys exploration of religion and survival, having just directed and released his biblical epic, Noah, a vivid rendering of the biblical flood story.
