Anti-nutrient foods like fast food, fried foods, processed foods, and junk foods are so nutrient-depleted and contain so many chemicals and toxins that they actually require your body to spend its precious existing resources just to process these unusable materials through the body. As you consume each bite of food daily, mindfully ask yourself if you are eating nutrients or anti-nutrients, and begin shifting your eating habits away from the Dark Side.
