HEALTHY OATMEAL BREAD—I developed this recipe to be somewhat reminiscent of my Grandmas oatmeal cake. Not really cake though. But I like it. Blend 3 mashed bananas, 3 eggs, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 t ginger, 1/2 t minced cloves, 1 t vanilla in blender. Add 1 cup gluten free oats, 2 scoops Jay Robb protein powder (or any protein powder), 1/4 c almond flour, 1/8 t baking soda, 1/8 t sea salt, 1 cup nuts and mix well. Place in 9x11 pan sprayed with pam. Bake 350 degrees for 20 min or until bread is firm but not hard. I like mine a little soft. I eat it with blueberries or strawberries and little whipped cream. Delicious break from the norm.
