HELLO FB FAM WILL YOU JOIN ME IN PRAYER, There are so many that are dealing with the loss of loved ones today…I would like to offer this prayer along with my condolences to you… Dear Heavenly Father, We lift all to you who are grieving the loss of loved ones and people they hold dear. Father, we ask that you would embrace them and hold them close. We ask that each hurting heart would be so aware of your presence. We know because you say in your word, you are standing by each one, collecting their tears in your bottle* and one day, you are going to wipe the tears from their eyes for the very last time*. There will be no more death, or crying and we so look forward to that day. We know that this life is not the end, we know better things await…but for the ones left behind, there is pain and sorrow and a longing to have our loved ones with us. Please be with them through the lonely times and be their strength when they feel too weak to carry on. Father, please be their peace…in the pain, in the sadness, in the sleepless nights. Please bring people to come stand beside them, to be your tangible hands and feet of comfort. May they have people who are willing just to sit and say nothing…to hold hands and give hugs. May they just have people to love on them and support them. Please send people who can do the tangible things they do not feel up to…move hearts with compassion, Father, so each hurting heart will be ministered to. Father, for all the decisions, to be made we ask for mental clarity. Sometimes, financial needs arise and we ask that you would provide, Father. We pray that the enemy would not be able to tear apart families, as that so often happens during times of loss. We ask that families and friends will be drawn closer to each other during this time. We pray for any that are not sure about heaven and what awaits for them after this life… we pray they would come to know you and have those questions answered. Father, thank you for your love and compassion. Thank you that because of you, we do not grieve as those who have no hope*. This is not the end…our relationships and the love do not end here…when this short life ends, we will have eternity with those who have gone before us and we will spend eternity together with you, in new bodies… better than they ever were here…bodies that will never be sick, injured, hurt or be able to die again…. You promise to be near to the broken- hearted and to bind up their wounds*. Please pour out your grace and mercy upon each broken heart and fill the broken places with more of yourself. in holy name we pray, Amen
