HELLOOOOOOO fellow bears! I dont know how may of you have heard of PEACE Tutoring (Peers Espousing Amiability, Cooperation, and Education - its a mouthful, I know), but were a group on campus that focuses on diminishing the competitive atmosphere that tends to be prevalent in many of the classes here at Cal (generally, in the pre-med area). We do so by not only offering free tutoring, but also by creating daily blogs about ways that each undergraduate can make the most of his/her experience! We are currently recruiting tutors and advisers for the upcoming school year. The time commitment for each position is not too high (3-5 hours a week), and you would be definitely serving a great cause.
