HELP!!! CREATIVE ASSISTANCE REQUIRED!!! I am writing a fantasy novel, set on a steampunkish world, and one of the main protagonists is having a prophetic dream sequence. He sees objects on a table that are representative of the people who will be in his Adventuring Party, including himself. So far he sees the human Rogue who is a knife with dice, and the halfling who will more-or-less be the groups moral compass as a lit candle. Both he and the other main protagonist are fledgling wizards. Both are magically speaking Jacks Of All Trades. He is an Ender(though he doesnt know it yet), and the other is a Changer. He is a silver spoon, and the other is a blue collar. Id really rather not use those two metaphors. Any ideas?
